At Lil Smiles Shop, every order is made with love and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalized or custom-made, please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

 

Processing Times

 

  • Personalized & Custom Items: 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Party Favors & Large Orders: Timeline confirmed via email at time of purchase.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–4 business days.

During peak seasons (back-to-school, holidays, camp season, etc.), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination of the package.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Lil Smiles Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

 

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup is available at our Holmdel, NJ retail location.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

 

🔁 RETURN POLICY

Because most of our items are custom-made, we have a limited return policy.

❌ Custom & Personalized Items

All personalized, embroidered, vinyl, or custom-designed items are final sale.

This includes:

  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized bags, swimwear, towels, etc.
  • Party favors made to order
  • Embroidered items
  • Patch or customization services

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on our part.


✅ Ready-to-Ship & Non-Personalized Items

Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Have original tags attached

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

🧵 Custom Order Errors

If we make a mistake (spelling error, wrong item, production defect), please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will gladly remake or replace the item.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors approved at checkout
  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer
  • Wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by improper washing

 

 

 

📏 Sizing & Care

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

For embroidered and vinyl apparel:

  • Wash inside out
  • Cold wash only
  • Hang dry recommended
  • Do not iron directly on design

Improper care may damage your item and is not eligible for replacement.

💌 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify custom orders.

 

 

 

🎉 Party & Event Orders

Due to the custom nature and planning involved, all party orders and bulk favor orders are final sale once materials have been ordered.
